∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): HVAC System

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a Full time senior engineer to lead our HAVC INSTALLATING AND COMMISSION team.
∎ Must be able to work independently
∎ Must have good English writing skills

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead HVAC Technical Team.
∎ This is a mid-management role which will directly lead to department head role if performance is excellent.
∎ Work with customer technical team to design the most efficient HVAC system.
∎ Approve HVAC and MEP drawings and get customer and principal approval.
∎ Work with foreign principals and design the most efficient BOQ for each HVAC project.
∎ Define tasks for installation project plan.
∎ Assign and review tasks for engineers and technicians.
∎ Formulate testing plan while system commissioning.
∎ Define service plan during and after warranty.
∎ Prepare spare parts inventory BOQ for HVAC.
∎ Prepare bi-weekly reports on installation status of each project.
∎ Regularly visit each project site to assure quality standards.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have working experience in a HVAC installation company in Bangladesh.
