Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify the room for improvement in operational activities and set a strategy to ensure that improvement has occurred.
∎ Define Supply Chain strategy in alignment with commercial function (Tools & SOP)
∎ Prepare annual budget and perform financial analysis in support of monthly, quarterly, and annual supply chain financial control including budget tracking and submitting supplementary budget, if needed.
∎ Optimize the working capital as well as inventory within the budget limit through maintaining optimum stock.
∎ Proactively support all SBU's in a way and means to reduce complexities, and ensure smooth purchase procedure, with an objective of having an efficient organization.
∎ Savings through negotiation based on last year’s weighted average purchase and preview purchase.
∎ Material Requirement Planning (MRP).
∎ Ensuring delivery of all material of business according to MRP plan.
∎ Coordinate with the Commercial department to get the documents (Invoice/PL/AWB/IP) immediately to in-house the goods on time for all concerns.
∎ Stock and pipeline analysis.
∎ Supply/replenishment planning & inventory management.Strategic purchase for critical items.New source development.
∎ Ensure that all products, materials, and services are resourced correctly, and cost-effectively & with strategic advantage from suppliers in mind.
∎ Work closely with purchasing and procuring processes to ensure that materials and goods - general and technical, are procured, stored, and distributed as per predefined policy guidelines.
∎ Coach, mentor, motivate & supervise the supply chain management team and influence them to take positive actions and remain accountable for their assigned task
