Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline.
∎ MBA in HRM /Post Graduate Diploma in HRM (PGDHRM) will give preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recruitment & Selection of the high profile candidates that need according to desire of the company.
∎ Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees.
∎ Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.
∎ Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
∎ Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
∎ Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Manage payroll, compensation & benefits of the company.
∎ Handle legal & settlement issues relevant to HR & Admin dept.
∎ Dealing with all buyers representatives & auditors and meet their relevant requirement to ensure zero NCR
∎ Responsible to make and implement compliance policies as per local law & different brand code of conduct.
∎ Regular monitoring of all compliance status in line with client requirements adhering to relevant laws of the country and international standards.
∎ Communicate with fire & civil defense department, Environment department government office, and police station & labor department.
∎ To follow-up & to ensure timely implementation of all CAP given.
∎ Educate and train employees on compliance standards and requirements.
∎ To lead a team and make them same skilled, to identify and solve any sort of problem.
∎ Ensure maintenance of all relevant documents and update them continuously.
∎ Prepare appropriate training material and impart training for induction as well as periodical training on safety including fire drills and all ethical and social issues and maintain records thereof.
∎ Organize all relevant meeting like EHS., on a regular basis - monthly or as required. Independently handle all product safety related issues.
∎ Responsible for Strategic HR planning, succession planning, formulation of different kinds of HR policies aligned with the local laws, COC of the organizations own code of conduct.
