∎ BSC in Civil Engineering (with minimum 3 years Experience) or Diploma in Civil Engineering (with 3-5years Experience) from a reputed Institute is a must.
∎ Candidates having similar work experience in construction will get preference.

∎ Willing to travel extensively within Bangladesh
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ Construction Works on Building/Roads/Bridge.
∎ Drawing, Design, Estimate & Analysis.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The AGM will be the technical representative of G2G Limited. in the construction site to oversee the quality of construction being done by the Contractor.
∎ He will see, check and ensure the quality of construction materials before being used by the contractor.
∎ Must Prepare the quality control process and monitor the work to ensure the high quality as per the requirement.
∎ He will Acquainted with various test method such as AASHTO, ASTM, ACI & BS with different types of Materials test & Mix design of various grade of Concrete (C-15, C-20, C-25,C-30, C-45) ,Sub-base, ISG, Base Type-I, Base Type-II, Base course & wearing Course. Participate and Interpret Various lab tests such FDT MDD,CBR, LAA, ACV, TFV, Sieve Analysis, Absorption, unit weight, Specific Gravity, Flaki index ,Elongation Index, Lab Test of various Graded concrete ,Concrete Cylinder Test, cube Test Core Test , Cement Test , Concrete Slump & Other required specified tests. Prepare Qa/Qc related Paper As per Specification, weekly/Monthly Progress Report & RFI related Works.
∎ Responsible for assuring & review procurement of raw materials as per AASHTO and ASTM standard/ Specification. Processing of materials for construction works (Boulder/Brick crushing for aggregate preparation). Preparation of mix design for Improved Sub grade, Lower & Upper Base Course layer.
∎ Assist and support contract administration, quality control and the development / improvement of quality assurance policies and procedures.
∎ Provide support and assistance to senior management and project personnel to guarantee that project quality objectives are achieved in a timely manner.
∎ He will Manage and perform test on various materials and Equipment's.
∎ He will Directly responsible to the Project Manager.
∎ He will Responsible for Planning, Scheduling and Billing of Construction of substructure, superstructure and Approach road.
∎ He will Checking and keeping accounts of the inventory and preparing requisition to meet future requirement.
∎ Reviewing sub-soil investigation report, design and drawing with actual field condition, detail breakdown of BOQ, technical specification, construction methodology and contract document etc.
∎ Check all Civil Construction work with contractor bill.
∎ Updating of schedules and reporting progress against baseline Ensuring Quality check process at every stage of project and taking full responsibility of supplying quality ensured services.
∎ He will Ready to face the challenge under extreme working pressure & Good leadership quality.
∎ Having Strong communication skills with an ability to interface with Project.
∎ Supervise work progress on site and monitor adequacy of resources and equipment, ensure quality of materials as well as constructions and reduce wastage, scheduling of material purchase and delivery to complete the project on time.
∎ PowerPoint presentation on progress of construction after completion of construction.
