∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: IELTS

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicating with Client through various channels when necessary.
∎ Need to handle incoming/outgoing calls, Checking & replying emails.
∎ Call clients to follow up them about company's services and policies.
∎ Keep record and update CRM and shared drive according to guideline.
∎ Develop and maintain good relationships with Clients.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
∎ Other works assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate having IELTS score are encouraged to apply.

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
