Job Responsibilities:
∎ Clearly articulates the mission and value of institutions to effectively counseling new students.
∎ Completes outbound calls and emails to interested inquiries in a timely manner.
∎ Maintains consistent follow-up communication via telephone, in person and email with all applicants to advise those regarding admission requirements.
∎ Ensures that all require paperwork completed properly and timely.
∎ Assists students with admission and registration/provides guidance in course selection in keeping with the student's interests, values and abilities.
∎ Providing information about admission eligibility, total cost, per credit fee, waiver policy, grading policy, total semester/course duration, payment system to the students.
∎ Communicating with different institutions in order to enhance network to increase number of students.
∎ Receiving phone call for providing admission information and answers to the queries of prospective students.
∎ Counseling students before or during admission.
∎ Processing admission file by coordinating with Accounts and Administration office.
∎ Maintaining records of admitted students in the register book.
∎ Facilitating appropriate program development.
∎ Ensuring systematic review of programs to ensure quality and current course content.
∎ Assesses the student's stage of development (academic, career, and personal) and promotes student growth by determining suitable developmental tasks; assists student in establishing realistic and attainable academic and career goals.
∎ Working with direct reports to plan, develop and implementation of the new plans to develop the academic division and increase the number of students.
∎ Performing other duties as delegated.
