Job Context:
∎ The Rector Global Consultant (RGC) is an international student recruitment organisation based in Sydney, Australia. We offer education consultancy services and help individuals to study overseas.
∎ We are looking for Admission Executives to assist prospective students willing to study abroad. It is currently for our Dhaka head office and Rajshahi branch office only. Interested candidates must be based either in Dhaka or in Rajshahi. It`s an entry-level role, and previous work experiences will be an added advantage but not essential. The desired candidates must be energetic and friendly and have excellent social and interpersonal communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ This role provides RGC students with high-quality customer service and helps them prepare for studying abroad. The general expectations from this role are:
∎ • Undertake one-on-one student counselling for admission support;
∎ • Develop and maintain a local network of potential students and their families willing to study overseas;
∎ • Facilitate prospective students with admission to foreign universities/colleges/institutes in Australia, Canada, the UK and the USA;
∎ • Provide counselling for students and help them to organise supporting documents;
∎ • Undergo continuous email correspondences, phone calls and web meetings to help potential students and their families;
∎ • Continuously update student information and activity logs on the RGC service management systems;
∎ • Generate and activate marketing plans, events, and advertising campaigns;
∎ • Demonstrate a solid presence on the social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
∎ • Build solid networks with local stakeholders (individuals, groups, institutes, and businesses) in person and on social media platforms;
∎ • Ability to work within a team and follow instructions;
∎ • Liaise with RGC staff in Australia.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ It's a full-time face-to-face student service role. To be successful in this role, you must meet the following selection criteria/skill requirements :
∎ • Living permanently either in Dhaka or Rajshahi;
∎ • Ability to work under pressure and meet the target;
∎ • Available to work full-time - 9 am to 5 pm - Sunday to Thursday;
∎ • It would be best if you had Bachelor's or higher degree in any discipline. Qualification in English, Psychology, Marketing, or Business studies is preferable;
∎ • You must have excellent ability in English writing. Having a valid IELTS certificate is preferable;
∎ • You must be reasonably good at MS word, MS Excel, web browsing and social media platforms;
∎ • Past work experience in a similar role is not essential but will be an added advantage;
∎ • Any extra-curricular activities or volunteering work experiences are highly appreciated;
∎ • It would help if you were highly passionate about social media platforms.

Salary:
