CNG, CNG Conversion, Embassies/Foreign Consulate, Filling Station, LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas, Multinational Companies, Supply Chain
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing daily voucher & maintain/update ledger properly in Excel & Software.
∎ Maintaining Cash Book, Bank Book, various ledgers for supplier. and customers.
∎ Preparing Bank Re-Consultation Statement.
∎ Maintaining bill entry for customers.
∎ Daily report to management about cash, collection, bank, dues etc.
∎ Prepare monthly, Quarterly & Annual Financial Statements.
∎ The individual shall have overall responsibility to handle all issues relating to Administrative & procurement activities of Head office, at project site.
∎ Responsible for establishing, liaising, coordinating and implementing all services and protecting interest of the company efficiently and effectively.
∎ Responsible for all business related work, negotiation with relevant authorities such as Ministries, Directorates, Embassies in order to get those work done on time.
∎ Negotiate and Administer the Company Administrative issues with Govt. Offices, Local bodies and any other third parties.
∎ To Monitor, supervise, plan, develop, update and to implement different policies and procedures regarding to the strategies of Administration department & improve the operational systems and policies and reporting system.
∎ Establish specifications, standards and procedures for executing the desired project particularly with respect to planning, scheduling and cost controlling.
∎ Achieves financial objectives by anticipating requirements; submitting information for budget preparation, scheduling expenditures, monitoring costs, analyzing variances.
∎ Plan and execute detailed programs for foreign / local delegates / buyers visiting the company/ Managing Director.

∎ Good command in both written and Fluent English Speaker
