Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Administrative Coordinator under CEMB project will be supporting the divisional and Country office admin team to handle procurements related to the project while ensuring logistic support to project staff, maintaining inventory/assets/program materials register, coordinating field visits from CO to Field and vice versa.
∎ The incumbent will also support the project team in preparing admin and logistics budgets, revision of the same by providing realistic cost information from the field; prepare and maintain service agreements with vendors/suppliers of the projects and work with the project and CO Operations team toward capacity building of the partner staff on purchase and procurement and GAC compliances in these areas.
Additional Requirements:
∎ he ideal candidate should have at least 02-04 years of relevant working experience in development organisation, those having experience of working under donor funded projects in similar role will be given preference. Knowledge of operating data entry corporate software like SAP/ERP will be an added advantage for this position.
∎ The incumbent needs to have basic knowledge of statutory laws, asset & vehicle maintenance and logistic support.
