Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act as an active link between the departments, Vice-Chancellor's Office, Registrar's Office, Procurement, HRD, Finance and Accounts Department and other relevant offices.
∎ Maintain office management and the security of all documents, in his or her custody.
∎ Collaborate with internal and external bodies, individuals and groups.
∎ Support in development and implementation of office work plans.
∎ Maintains administrative and office management workflow.
∎ Resolves administrative problems by analyzing information; identify and communicate solutions and supporting other teams with various administrative tasks.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1 year experience in the relevant field is preferred
∎ Must have good verbal and written communication skills both in English
∎ Should have Creativity, Technological Awareness and ability to work in a team
∎ Superior organizational skills and the ability to multitask
∎ Must be self-motivated, hardworking and flexible regarding work hour
∎ Good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
