Job Context:
∎ Engineer Chowdhury Mohammad Mohsin Foundation for Human Resources Development (ECMMfHRD),Registered on 22 Jan 2007 in Dhaka as a Trust under the Registration Act 1908 as a non-profit, non-political and non-governmental organization which is solely devoted to the cause of charity, social welfare, civil society awareness and other benevolent activities for the underprivileged people of Bangladesh, specially the permanent inhabitants of Hathazari Upazilla, Chattogram irrespective of class, creed, gender, religion.The foundation is inviting application from the suitable candidates to fill up the following position for immediate appointment.
∎

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate must be self-motivated & able to handle administrative works of the foundations independently.
∎ Prepare & compile necessary working papers for the foundation's board meetings, EGM, AGM, Audit report, inviting Applications for grant of Stipends, maintaining stipend holder's information, Bank transactions and statements, Different Schedules & other relevant data.
∎ Independently capable for interacting and dealing with Stake Holders of the foundation.
∎ Ensure that all statutory requirements of the organization are met including Income Tax, VAT, and all national laws of the country as applicable.
∎ To ensure submission of student's application, documents for renewals, and other necessary updates in due time.
∎ To monitor, manage and update the foundation's website and online activities.
∎ Any other duties assigned by The Board of Trustees as and when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a reputed University.Candidate must be skilled in computer literacy with Proficiency in English and Bangla language.
∎ Office time (10am-5pm, Sunday -Thursday).
∎ Job Location: Alhaj Shamsul Alam Chowdhury Hospital Complex. Vill:Battali, P.O. Fatehabad, P.S. Hathazari, Chattogram, Bangladesh.
∎ N.B. Candidates from Hathazari Upazila will be given preference

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ As per foundations own policy.
∎ Weekly and National holidays will be admissible.
