∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular administrative work that includes daily attendance, leave, safety, recruitment, Legal affairs procurement etc.
∎ Arrange, conduct & process employee recruitment procedure.
∎ To support & ensure General HR & Admin activities.
∎ To take care on office operation, training, and development process.
∎ Ensure performance management process, compensation, and benefits process on time.
∎ Ensure administrative tasks.
∎ Employee counseling & motivation as well as develop & implement performance appraisal system.
∎ Completing employee exit, clearance, turnover management and ensuring final settlement.
∎ Conducting meetings, preparing meeting minutes and providing desk service & maintain employee relations.
∎ Various Bill justification & approval.
∎ Preparing data for salary, bonus, allowance, disbursement process & reporting.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Should be honest and hard working
∎ Willing to work under pressure & extensive working hours.
∎ Good command in Bengali and English.
∎ Should have good knowledge on Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet.
∎ Educational qualification may be relaxed in cases of experience.
∎ Knowledge on social compliance issues.
