Educational Requirements:
∎ FCA/ACA/Post graduate in Commerce /MBA in finance or accounts from recognized institution

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Location: IndianOil Representative Office, Dhaka, Bangladesh
∎ Nature of Job: On a yearly contact basis, to be renewed on year to year basis on performance

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Administering and Monitoring the Financial system in order to ensure that the organization finances are maintained in an accurate and timely manner
∎ Maintain the accounts payable and accounts receivable system in order to ensure complete and accurate record of the organization funds
∎ Administering timely payment to suppliers, contractors, short term consultants, technical specialist , Organization staff and related others
∎ Tracking and monitoring organization expense
∎ Deduct TDS and VDS according to Bangladesh ITO 1984 and Vat and Supplementary Act 2012 respectively
∎ Submission of monthly VAT return and semi-annual TDS and yearly Tax return and assessment
∎ Keeping book of Accounts and preparing monthly Financial Reports yearly Financial Statements
∎ Preparing budgets and reviewing Financial Reports
∎ Compliance related to Bangladesh laws and regulation banking institution, the reasonableness of estimated expense for products or service in Bangladesh , Working in Bangladesh etc, to support compliance with organization financial policies and regulations
∎ Accounting and financial reconciliation service, Maintain liaison with bank and External Auditor
∎ Providing administrative service, including but not limited to document production and binding, translation and interpretation service, Support procurement Actions
∎ Supervising relevant organizational personnel as required
∎ Coordinating organization activities with other stakeholders
∎ Keep all common and important keys and locks under his/her monitoring
∎ Maintain an information management system for all electronic and paper information of the organization
∎ Providing any other related service as required
∎ Any other responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 1 years experience in working in a reputed Chartered Accountant Firm/Marketing Organization as executive

Salary: Tk. 40000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Bonus as applicable as per contract
