∎ We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate Sr. Officer/Officer to join our visa application department. The responsibilities of the Sr. Officer/Officer will process the visa applications, maintain affiliation with stakeholders, keep track of new and updated knowledge of the specific country and their visa requirements, and deliver assigned tasks timely. The job also includes supporting the emotional and professional growth of applicants, developing and monitoring counseling support programs, and providing educational and vocational guidance.
∎ To complete the process successfully, you should treat each individual with patience and compassion for the challenges they are facing. Ultimately, a top-notch Sr. Officer/Officer has a strong level of reviewing documents, detailed study of each application, and coordinating with other professionals to get more outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working on the application process for Canada / Usa Immigration Programs.
∎ Writing SOP, Motivation Letter, Essay, etc. as required for application (Excellent writing and analytical skills), ECA, and any kind of documentation and Certification evaluation.
∎ Working with remote team members and independently managing work-flow coordination
∎ An expert user of Google Drive, Cloud Drive, Outlook, Gmail, WhatsApp, Zoom, MS Teams, etc.
∎ Email communication with institutions and with any stakeholders
∎ Familiar with Bank statements, Bank Solvency, FDR, Bank accounts, land/property deeds, etc.
∎ Knowledge about Visa & Immigration services & process
∎ Basic IT skills, Office administration skills, and knowledge of Banking
∎ Payment tracking, client support service, counseling, continuous follow-up with client and team members
∎ Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
∎ Excellent English language skills
∎ Be proactive, efficient, and must be punctual
∎ Improve work-flow and coordination of each task.
∎ Ability to work independently and unsupervised.
∎ Daily reporting to the Supervisor and Regional Manager.
∎ Any ad-hoc duties provided by the supervisor/line manager.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Canada Immigration program application, Canadian Immigration, Clear idea about Canada / USA immigration, Immigration Education Consultancy Service.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s) Immigration & Education Consultancy Service.
