Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times.
∎ Occasionally traveling off-site to deliver reports or files to other departments
∎ Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems
∎ Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos and reports and ensuring that everyone is kept current of necessary company news and information
∎ Operating copy equipment, fax machines, printers or other equipment necessary
∎ Strong communication skills. Will need to communicate with our companies abroad and also locally. Communication skills must be high of the candidate
∎ Ability to multitask
∎ Good organization, time management and scheduling skills
∎ Must be able to travel throughout Dhaka city with confidential documents.
∎ Preparing regular financial and administrative reports
∎ Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
∎ Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
∎ Answer queries by employees and clients
∎ Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Communication and organizing skills

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary will be provided based on experience
