∎ Handling all payments and financial related matters of a Liaison Office
∎ HR in the broadest way in an office with a headcount of 40
∎ Managing the office support staff
∎ Identifying and executing improvements to our organization in the administrative / HR field
∎ Monitoring and analyzing finances and always on the look for savings
