∎ Graduate / postgraduate or PG diploma in Labour laws / Personnel Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Having more than 10 years of experiences in maintaining employee's attendance & time management of site workers, labour inductions and welfare activities, MIS, payroll management of contract labour including generation of statutory compliance records as per Bangladesh Government norms.
∎ Candidate should have sound knowledge of administration activities including staff guest house, vehicle / transport management with good skills of negotiation and liaison.
∎ Preference will be given to Candidates with experience in Rail and Road projects.
