Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory HR Administration, Factory HR Operations
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain documentation in Personal File and others related with HR Department.
∎ Preparation / Issue office note, office order & circular.
∎ Ensure transfer, increment, promotion, separation, and confirmation related work.
∎ Improve Employees/workers and management relationship and ensuring comfortable environment at workplace.
∎ Conduct analysis on absenteeism and turnover and take appropriate actions to reduce them.
∎ Execute day to day Admin related activities like monitoring attendance and leaves and make monthly report for management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years

Salary:
∎ Tk. 13000 - 15000 (Monthly)
