Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg), Masters in Engineering (MEngg)
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Defence background person will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Administration, Management, Office Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Escalator/Elevator/Lift, Fire Fighting and Safety, Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous body, Group of Companies, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carry out administration tasks to ensure the BRCAOS Service team are providing a high level of performance in both quality and quantity.
∎ To provide first class customer service to both internal and external customers and to act as the initial point of contact for all customer enquiries regarding responsive repairs.
∎ To ensure that every customer contact leaves the customer feeling positive about their experience.
∎ To work as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing flexibly to assist with fluctuating workloads and delivery to deadlines.
∎ Display a commitment to continual improvement within the BRCAOS Service team.
∎ Supervisory role for the up keeping maintenance and improvement of service and infrastructure of BRCAOS.
∎ Maintenance of Law and Order.
∎ Liaison with authority regarding maintenance and security matters.
∎ Deputes settlement and implementation of directions given by BRCAOS Sub-Committee authority & BRCAOS Executive Board.
∎ Identifies and resolves problems that may occur during a shift and informs management of status in timely manner.
∎ Undertake additional training or vocational qualifications as required specific to Housing.
∎ Complete documentation for individual catch-up meetings and Monthly Reviews
∎ Comply with all relevant health and safety policies and procedures including general statutory responsibilities as an employee plus those specific to the post.
∎ Undertake such flexible and additional working hours as may be necessary, within reason, to facilitate the efficient fulfilment of the Society's services.
∎ Development of safety plans for the Society.
∎ Ensures Security Supervisor and Security Guard duties are performed according to policies and procedures. Follows up with Security Supervisors and Security Guards who have not performed duties and provides and recommend additional training if necessary.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by senior management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Defence background person will be preferred.
∎ Computer literate with excellent keyboard skills.
∎ Excellent communicator and interpersonal skills are must, a flexible approach.
∎ Ability to work with figures and spreadsheets and make a range of basic calculations.
∎ Confident approach and attitude to customer service.
∎ Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage workloads by prioritizing and meeting deadlines.
∎ High personal standards.
∎ Positive and proactive attitude and ability to work using own initiative and within a team
∎ Ability to work under pressure highest level of integrity.
