Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA in HRM, Master's degree in any discipline, PGD in HRM will be given preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carry out manpower planning to forecast future demand and supply.
∎ Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing
∎ them appropriately.
∎ Advertising, short-listing candidates with rating, drafting interview protocols, perform reference check, conducting Interview, etc.
∎ Inspect the office management services on routine basis to ensure the proper implementation and management of the services.
∎ Formulate and implement HR related plan, policy, procedure and guideline.
∎ Ensure proper staffing levels are in place.
∎ Provide support on staff development activities of all categories of staff.
∎ Assist HR & Admin to supervise the duties and assignment of all service staff.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 48 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HR& Compliance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Courier Service, Logistic management

Salary: Tk. 18000 - 24000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Performance bonus
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly)
