Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Labour Contractor Management:
∎ Oversee labour contractors to meet manpower needs.
∎ Execute manpower budget, considering absenteeism and turnover.
∎ Conduct monthly compliance audits on labour law adherence.
∎ Maintain a strong supplier base for uninterrupted manpower.
∎ Ensure proper orientation for outsourced employees.
∎ Monitor grievance handling and timely salary payments.
∎ Implement a performance tracking system for outsourced workers.
∎ Identify skill gaps and arrange necessary training.
∎ Conduct quarterly supplier management sessions.
∎ HR Administration:
∎ Manage uniforms, PPE issuance, and recovery.
∎ Oversee staff accommodation, lockers, and housekeeping.
∎ Handle stationery supply and company mobile connections.
∎ Arrange refreshments for company events and meetings.
∎ Maintain the time and attendance system.
∎ Ensure high internal service and customer satisfaction ratings.
∎ Supplier & Facility Management:
∎ Assess supplier viability and service quality.
∎ Conduct audits and implement CAPA for improvements.
∎ Maintain service standards and replace underperforming suppliers.
∎ Monitor supplier performance via employee feedback.
∎ Staff Welfare & Events:
∎ Plan and execute welfare initiatives and company events.
∎ Ensure timely processing of contributions, insurance claims, and employee gifts.
∎ Maximize employee engagement in K & A events.
∎ Additional Responsibilities:
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by management.
∎ Ensure high-quality service delivery across functions.
