∎ Age 22 to 32 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and ensure the correct accounting system.
∎ Maintaining warm communications with bank and commercial stakeholders who are involved in LC, duty, customs, and other import-related issues.
∎ Maintain and file all invoices and other applicable supporting documentation.
∎ Prepare all necessary periodic and year-end reports.
∎ Maintain Cashbook, daily receipts and payments.
∎ Keep up to date with all accounting entries in the software.
∎ Ensure eligible VAT and TAX from the supplier's payment, Consultant payments, and salary.
∎ Responsible for the company's all types of Tax issues and returns.
∎ Analyze all suppliers’ bills, payments, and consumption.
∎ Audit other departments’ reagent and material consumptions.
∎ Take initiative to upgrade the accounting system and the software reporting system.
