Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management. You will work collaboratively with clients/users, the development team, and various stakeholders within the company to ensure the delivery of all products in an efficient, timely manner.
∎ Job Location: Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare sales plan and market forecast of Reverse Osmosis Membranes along with Reverse Osmosis Plant
∎ Report progress, including any changes made to plans and production
∎ Generate new market and clients
∎ Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
∎ Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence
∎ Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
∎ Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
∎ Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
∎ Contribute to product design and establishment of requirements
∎ Delegate technical responsibilities and monitor the progress of projects
∎ Deliver products consistently, on time, and on budget
∎ Monitor supply, installation, commissioning and operation of RO membranes and or RO plant
∎ Any other relevant job assigned by the authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in sales and install of RO Membrane/Plant in Bangladesh market.
∎ Ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment
∎ Mental & physical ability travelling extensively.
∎ Exceptional communication and reporting skills
∎ Outstanding leadership skills and ability to delegate responsibilities effectively
∎ Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
∎ Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
∎ Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
Salary: Negotiable

∎ 2 (Two) Festival Bonuses, Mobile Bill, Lunch, TA, Sales Commission, Provident Fund.
