Educational Requirements:
∎ SSC or equivalent with a background on technical education related to the subject from a reputed technical institute.
∎ Skills Required: Ac Air Conditioning & Refrigerator.
∎ Diploma in Engineering may also apply.

∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Ac Air Conditioning, TV/ Fridge/ AC

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Any Type of AC used in office, home & Factory must have completed skills of indoor- Outdoor installation and repair maintenance work.
∎ Must have experience working with rope hanging during outdoor installation.
∎ Conduct Maintenance Check for Air Con (VRF, Chiller, Combined Chiller, AHU, Dehumidifier & domestic AC.
∎ Maintaining air condition system of the organization & Residence.
∎ Performs repairs for the heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and refrigeration systems in the hotel facilities & performs all the duties of an AC Technician.
∎ Responsible for maintaining records of work done records.
∎ Knowledgeable in sheet metal, AC duct fabrication and assembly.
∎ Coordinates with service representative and others as necessary to accomplish installations or repairs.
∎ Test, troubleshoot and perform basic repair on all types of equipment when required.
∎ Perform preventive maintenance for all HVAC units and refrigerators.
∎ Communicate each day's activities and problems that occur to the reporting person.
∎ Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Preference will be given to those who know the complete electrical work.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Ac Air Conditioning, HVAC
∎ Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances
∎ Conduct preventive and Breakdown maintenance of AC.
∎ Generate AC related equipment requisition for maintenance.
∎ Check & resolve AC related issue.
∎ Oversee Installation and maintenance of AC.
∎ Generate internal requisition to store for Materials receive from Store.
∎ Repair and maintenance of all Freeze.
∎ Ensure the proper use of workplace personal protective equipment (PPE) & Other safety equipment.
∎ Good leadership and motivational skills.
∎ Communication & inter personal skills.
