Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg), Diploma in Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Electrical Engineering, Mechanical

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assign AC installation/maintenance tasks to existing contractors
∎ Coordinating AC installation working, such as work evaluation, installation performance, efficiency check, quality check
∎ Maintain AC purchase, distribution, installation, maintenance excel sheets daily
∎ Work with AC and sales team to determine procurement needs, quality, and delivery requirements.
∎ Fulfill other duties and jobs as assigned by superior.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Familiar with local AC market, including but not limited market needs, price ranges of different types of AC and installation materials.
∎ Be able to use CAD software.
∎ Familiar with working principle, installation and maintenance of HVAC and VRF air condition system, able to independently complete the AC project organizing, task arranging, supervision and evaluation.
∎ Has experience of managing HVAC and VRF Air Conditioning projects
∎ Excellent time management skills, can finish assigned tasks on time with satisfactory result.
∎ Excellent command in written and spoken English (Very important)
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach is essential.
∎ Strong networking ability and negotiation skills.
∎ Ability to work under target oriented stressful situations.
∎ Ability to work in stressful outdoor working environments.
∎ Result Oriented Team Work.
∎ Shall be proactive, self-sustained, hardworking, honest and responsible.
∎ Shall bear in mind that service work is not time-fixed office work, sometimes it requires instant actions even out of duty time due to unexpected machinery malfunctions or other emergencies.

Salary:
∎ 6 Months Probation Period 18k + AC sales commission After confirmation 25k+ AC sales commission
