Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensuring pharmaceuticals products are stored in optimal conditions to minimize expiration.
∎ Uphold the department’s inventory management standards.
∎ Managing drug purchase according by the best costs through negotiation and make Shure the arrangement.
∎ Providing high-quality services from the pharmacy department to both clients and employees.
∎ Dispensing medications with clear instructions and accurate labeling for patients.
∎ Acting as a liaison between nursing and medical staff regarding prescription orders, drug and pharmaceutical details, resident reactions, errors, and complaints.
∎ Maintaining departmental policies, procedures, objectives, quality assurance programs, safety and environmental standards, and injection control standards.
∎ Ensuring regular secure storage of narcotics and other controlled substances.
∎ Maintain proper stock and drug audit.Check & Maintain minimum stock lists.Furnishing doctors with the formulary.
∎ Administering patients' concerns and recommending changes in policies and procedures.
∎ Ensuring the maintenance of appropriate departmental documentation.
∎ Maintaining confidentiality in all communication regarding staff and other organizational matters.
∎ Engaging in quality assurance and quality control activities for the drugs displayed at the outlet.
∎ Completing all assigned tasks as necessary to meet the demands of the work environment.
∎ Ensure comprehensive maintenance of quality standards in Pharmacy.*** Candidate must have “A” grade certificate issued from Pharmacy Council of Bangladesh.
