∎ Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in 3D visualization, preferably in interior design.
∎ Technical Skills: Proficiency in 3ds Max, AutoCAD, V-Ray Render, Corona Render & Adobe Photoshop
∎ Artistic Skills: Strong eye for detail, color, and composition. Ability to create realistic textures and lighting.
∎ Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design ideas and concepts.
∎ Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
∎ Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

∎ Create high-quality 3D visualizations: Develop photorealistic renderings of interior spaces, including residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
∎ Collaborate with design teams: Work closely with interior designers, architects, and project managers to understand project requirements and design intentions.
∎ Modeling and texturing: Use 3D modeling software to create accurate and detailed models of interior elements, including furniture, fixtures, and finishes.
∎ Lighting and rendering: Set up lighting and rendering scenes to achieve realistic visual effects using industry-standard software.
∎ Post-production: Perform post-production work, including color correction and image editing, to enhance the final visual output.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and techniques in 3D visualization and interior design.
∎ Manage multiple projects: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
∎ Client presentations: Prepare and present visualizations to clients, incorporating feedback and making revisions as needed.
