Educational Requirements:
∎ Relevant degree or certifications specially diploma in Architect is preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creating architectural visualizations, in the form of photo-realistic still renderings, animations, and VR content
∎ Creating 3D models and assets for renderings of residential, commercial, and Industrial Building
∎ Construct Computer Aided Design (CAD) drawings and 3D visuals for presentation. Participate in research and presentation of new design proposals to clients or managers
∎ Assisting architects or graphic designers in space planning and design details
∎ Applying textures and providing appropriate lighting techniques to the models
∎ Producing 3D Models, Creative Brochure Design and Animation of Architectural Projects.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Graphic Design (Computer Aided), 3D , Brochure ,Animation and Interior Design
∎ Skill in 3D Max, V-ray & Other Rendering Software.
∎ Experience in working in multiple projects at the same time.
∎ Must be professional and punctual.

Salary: Negotiable
