Shalban Buddhist Monastery<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/shaheenstravelstory.com\/story\/1376\">Shalbon bihar<\/a><\/strong> is one of the numerous ancient structures of the Lalmai-Mainamati archaeological site in the Comilla district. Shalban Vihar, surrounded by quiet shade, attracts the attention of travelers. It is one of the signs of the ancient civilization of Bangladesh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The fourth king of the Deva dynasty, Sribhavadev, built this Buddhist temple. It is square in shape. Each arm of Shalban Bihar is 167.7 meters long. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are a total of 155 rooms in Bihar. Each room has 3 niches wall where deities and oil lamps were kept. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>12 smaller temples surround the main temple in the center of the Buddhist temple. History and nature together have created a different atmosphere in Comilla Shalban Vihar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_War_Symmetry\"><\/span>2. War Symmetry <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The War Cemetery, located in Mainamati Cantonment, is the final resting place for the soldiers who lost their lives in the Second World War, which lasted from 1939 to 1945. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here, 736 soldiers from different nations rest in peace. As visitors arrive, they walk down a broad path flanked by rows of graves, each adorned with beautiful flowering plants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> One notable feature is the exceptional grave at the front of the cemetery, where 23 graves encircle a central space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Every November, the cemetery hosts a prayer meeting. Clergy from various religions gather to honor fallen soldiers and offer prayers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This serene place serves as a reminder of wartime sacrifices, providing a peaceful atmosphere for reflection and remembrance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3_BARD_or_Bangladesh_Rural_Development_Academy\"><\/span>3. BARD or Bangladesh Rural Development Academy :<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>It mainly conducts training and research for the development of rural communities. It was established in 1959 at Kotbari in Comilla district. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bird&#8217;s main planner Dr. Akhter Hamid Khan. Bard&#8217;s academic divisions include Rural Administration and Local Government, Rural Economics and Management, Rural Education and Social Development, and Agriculture and Environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It consists of about 156 acres of land. Bard includes a training center, a large auditorium, a library, and a restaurant. There are plenty of places to roam around and play sports throughout the day. There is a huge botanical garden, with various plants surrounded by small hills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4_Magic_Paradise_Park\"><\/span>4. Magic Paradise Park <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>An entertainment center located in the Kotbari area of \u200b\u200bthe Comilla district. <strong>Magic Paradise Park<\/strong> is like a new world. Seeing the entrance gate will delight anyone, as it is fashioned after Disneyland, the World&#8217;s Largest Theme Foreign Cartoon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A unique park with green nature and <a href=\"https:\/\/dohaj.com\/blog\/you-should-buy-the-pixel-6a-in-2023-and-heres-why\/\">artificial touches<\/a>. As you walk in, a massive city hall greets you. The park offers a variety of rides, including roller coasters and railroads, catering to kids and teenagers. There are 3 water rides on a small hill, which attract people very easily. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Artificial dinosaurs will appear as you climb up the mountain stairs. Dharma Sagar<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A large watercourse of 23.18 acres is located in Comilla city. Maharaja Dharmamanikya, ruler of the Tripura kingdom, dug this lake in 1458. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The purpose for which Maharaja excavated the Dharmasagar is no longer in use. For many years, people have satisfied their heart&#8217;s desires, but this vast lake remains unquenched.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Surrounded by green fields on three sides, Comilla Stadium is gray in the middle.
