• Strong organizational, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

• Supervise and manage daily Operation Theatre (OT) activities.

• Ensure the proper preparation of OT rooms, surgical instruments, equipment, and necessary supplies before every procedure.

• Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth surgical operations.

• Ensure strict compliance with infection prevention, sterilization, and patient safety protocols.

• Prepare duty rosters and supervise OT nurses and supporting staff.

• Monitor the availability and proper maintenance of OT equipment and surgical instruments.

• Maintain OT registers, records, checklists, and other relevant documentation.

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, clinical protocols, and quality standards.

• Manage emergency OT requirements and ensure efficient utilization of OT resources.
