What We're Looking For
Strong Bangla writing ability and natural Bangla/Banglish communication skills.
Practical experience in social media content creation.
Strong creativity and the ability to generate fresh content ideas.
Basic-to-intermediate Photoshop / Canva skills.
Basic video/reel editing is a plus.
Ability to capture decent photos/videos using a smartphone is a plus.
Good research and fact-checking habits.
Basic understanding of customer psychology and social media behaviour.
Strong ownership and the ability to work independently.
Someone who doesn't just ask, “What should I do?” but thinks, “What can we do better?”
Responsibilities & Context
About the Role
We are looking for a creative, curious and self-driven Content Development Manager who can do more than just write social media posts. At Authentic Fish Hub, we don't simply sell fish—we talk about authenticity, sourcing, freshness, safe food and the real stories behind the fish we sell. We need someone who can understand that philosophy and turn it into natural, relatable and engaging content.
What You'll Do
Create original content in Authentic Fish Hub's unique tone and voice.
Write and publish regular content for Facebook and other social platforms.
Develop content around daily fish availability, sourcing, freshness, fish education and safe food awareness.
Turn real-life incidents, customer questions, fish stories and daily business activities into engaging content ideas.
Plan and maintain a content calendar.
Monitor content performance and use insights to develop better content.
Create simple social media creatives using Photoshop/Canva.
Handle basic photo editing and short-form video/reel creation.
Monitor social media comments and interactions and share useful insights with the team.
Use AI tools when useful, but never depend on generic AI-generated content—the final content must sound like Authentic Fish Hub.
